How ordering works
This website is a catalog of what we currently have available — it does not process payments or orders directly. To order, reach out to us — preferably on Reddit (u/JustFourShiggles), though email works too — with the item number(s) you'd like, along with your name, shipping address, and preferred payment method. We'll confirm availability and next steps.
Availability & pricing
Listings reflect what's available at the time the page was last updated. Because orders are confirmed by Reddit or email rather than an automated checkout, it's possible an item sells before we can confirm your order — if that happens, we'll let you know and refund or offer an alternative. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
We accept Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal (Friends and Family). Payment is due as agreed with us at the time your order is confirmed, before your order ships.
Shipping
We ship USPS Ground by default. Buyer can choose faster shipping or UPS at buyer's expense. Tracking information will be provided when labels are created. Please allow reasonable handling time before your order ships — live plants are shipped with care taken for the weather and route. We ship exclusively within the United States; international shipping may be arranged at the buyer's request, entirely at the buyer's own risk and expense.
Live plants & returns
Because we sell living plants, we generally don't accept returns once an order has shipped. If your plant arrives visibly damaged or dead on arrival, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a resolution.
Buyer responsibility for legal compliance
Some species we offer may be subject to state, local, or other regulations restricting possession or cultivation. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that ordering, receiving, and growing a given plant is legal in their jurisdiction before placing an order. We are not able to offer legal advice about any particular species.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Limitation of liability
We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of a plant sold through this site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
